Ingredients

  1. 3 lemongrass stalk

  2. 4 shallots

  3. 1 green chilli

  4. 25 g ginger

  5. 4 garlic cloves

  6. 1 lime (juice and zest only)

  7. 25 g fresh coriander

  8. 2 tbsp sesame oil (or olive oil)

Put all the ingredients in a food processor, or chop very finely and smash in a pestle and mortar until a paste is formed
