* This is a sponsored post for Le Creuset * Baking bananas really brings out the flavour and the sweetness and makes the perfect dessert for a cold winter night. Really quick and simple to make and lots of different ways to use them. Less than 130 calories for a super sweet dessert too.

This is probably one of the easiest recipes I have posted, but it’s too good not to share. When the weather starts getting colder, I start craving really comforting desserts, which usually aren’t the healthiest, so I have been looking at ways to still eat dessert without adding loads of extra calories and fat to my diet.
I made these in my beautiful Le Creuset pot, which I am still absolutely loving. This pot can be used for anything and over the past few days I have used it for these baked bananas, a risotto, bolognese, porridge and soup. It’s honestly the only pot I need in my kitchen. What I love most about it is how easy it cleans. When cooking with honey, sometimes the pan can be a nightmare to clean after because of the stickiness, but this was so easy.
I really like these on some porridge for breakfast or with some Greek yoghurt and pecans for dessert. I like to bake them for 15 minutes as the longer you cook them, the sweeter and more gooey the banana gets, as the honey kind of caramelises. But you could cook them for just 10 minutes if you are in a rush.
